Terms of Services

• First, we remove the previous roof (in the case of roof replacement).
• Then we inspect the roofing deck and the drywall, if there are damaged wood pieces, we replace them. 
• We add the roof underlayment
• Following, we prepare the metal drip edges to protect the wood and the roofing material chosen by the client.
• Once is all done, we clean all the mess caused by the installation process.
• To ensure customer satisfaction, we inspect the job together with the client and provide them with the workmanship and materials warranties on the receipt.

Regarding roofing repairs, we inspect and uncover the affected area, make the necessary repairs, place the underlayment fabric and install the roof. Small jobs can be completed in one day, while larger jobs can take up to three days.
